2. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
